What's the point?!?

Why is it that in every forum, especially ffx2.com, most of the threads are about "Who's hotter?" and "Who would you date?" and stuff like that? Why do ppl even bother fanticising (?sp?) about characters? Especially all of the Japanese anime. I've only found two forums that have ppl that will actually help you with your game. (This forum being one of them) Even in those, the replies to "Who's hotter?" are always 10 times higher than "Can someone help me with this?"! I just dont get it. I guess some ppl only play games to drool over anime. If ur into that stuff, get X2....plenty of half-naked chics in there!

chaos: But seriously, if they want to talk about that, they can. If you make a thread about needing help, they will answer your plea. But, besides that, well, what else can you talk about in a gaming forum? (Besides theories, if you liked the game, etc. etc.) For game help, just check out gamefaqs. :D

lol I get it!!! you have to be a certain age to buy porno's...but younger to buy video-games. So, they made video games like soft porno's so little boys could have fun and noone would get in trouble for it!

~Edit~ Yeah, but some things gamefaqs just doesnt help ppl with. theres been times when i looked thru 2-3 different guides and didnt find my answer. sometimes you just have to ask someone that loves the game.

That's why most of us avoid the X-2 forums. Other forums are quite a bit better about that.

I go to the FFX-2 forum to laugh quietly, and occasionaly make a comment mysteriously within minutes of ToD making one.

Well if the site is only based on FF X-2 how far can it really go discussion wise? The game was released quite a few years ago soo..whats there to discuss when the story has already concluded. Unless they bring out a X-3 which I would like to be true, but it will probably never happen.

I've heard that they're not planning on making an X3. And the site is just like every other final fantasy site. They have forums for all of the games and everything else. It's just that all the threads are about who's hotter or what your favorite song is and [img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img] like that.
