Dragon Skins

Anyone have any idea how i get dragon skins after level 20? All the guides say from Blue Dragons below level 20, but i'm too high for that now! Any suggestgions? Or what card could i refine the item from?

I'm also looking to get a Betrayal Sword, again i'm too high to get one from Forbiddens, so i wanted to find a card player that used Forbidden (the enemy) cards, anyone have any idea who uses them?

well u can just learn Card from Quezactol and then use Card on the Forbiddens

as for dragon skins...
they are also dropped by
Anacondaur, Red Dragon, Hexadragon
and plus if u get the GF Tonberry
and learn LV Down than u should have no problem getting them from Blue Dragons
