can anyone tell me where is the occult fan #1?
It is in the Balamb Garden's library. From the Directory head east into the library, search the bookcases for an Occult Fan I Magazine
You mean the bookcase near the draw point?
I still can't find it.
It is nearer to the edge of the bookshelf....just keep pressing till you find it....

The bookshelf opposite to the Draw point (Right hand of draw point). On the very outer side of the shelf.

There was always a person in the way the bookshelf, so all it did was start a conversation... peh
it isnt in the area with the Draw Poin
its at the very edge of the shelf near the draw point but not in that new screen!
has any1 ever found ocult fan #3 ( or #4 or whatever ) the only thing i know about it is that it's really really realy hard to find.

Occult Fan I is found in Balamb Garden's Library, prior to the screen with the Esuna Drawpoint. Merely examine the bookcase; it should be readily apparent.
Occult Fan II is found in Dollet. Defeating the Owner of the Pub in Triple Triad will allow you to cross the "bridge" to a room with several piles of assorted writings; Occult Fan II is found in one of these.
Occult Fan III is acquired by apologizing to the Master Fisherman in FH. Occult Fan III can only be obtained on Disc 2.
Occult Fan IV can be obtained on Disc 3 by talking to the Presidential Aide in Esthar, then speaking with the Secretary at the entrance to the Palace.
what are those mags aniway what do they do?
