Yes indeed, although I'm not sure whether the Balrog in TTA or the Balrog in the Battle for Middle Earth would take my vote, as both are pretty intimidating and fearsome opponents. Actually, I think I would have to choose the one from BfME, as it is truly devastating unless you have Gandalf or the Army of the Dead around.

I like the part in FF Tactics where Hashmalum impales himself on his own claws to summon Ajora.

I personally like Lucifer from the SMT:Nocturne game. I mean come on, he is the KING of all demons

My favorite is Akuma, who looks like a Buddhist devil but fights with the art of the assassins
