A FFX Movie daydream. Who would you cast as Tidus ? Yuna ?

Do you think Lucy Liu or Angelina Jolie would do a good Lulu ?

I have no idea who would work for Tidus, Auron

Cameron Diaz could do a fun Rikku.

What is your dream team for a movie, if you were casting it ?

I would just cancel it and make a move worth the time.

I'd CG it, then all you need to worry about is the voice actors, but what would you have as the story, would you just regurgitate the story in X or create something more original based in spira with X's characters?

I think Sarah Michelle Geller might make a better Rikku, but i agree that Angelina Jolie would make a good Lulu. For Auron, i dunno perhaps Patrick Stewart (given a wig of course). Tidus, perhaps Orlando Bloom, and Yuna............ Renée Zellweger? Kimahri could be an extra in a bear suit with a voice over added in production. Seymour could be Joaquin Phoenix

I'd just like to note that Cameron Diaz is way too old to play Rikku. Really have no suggestions myself.

Actually, most of the aforementioned characters are far too old.

Obviously, the parts should be played by Japanese actors, but then an FFX live action movie is a terrible idea to begin with so meh…

All good casts, not so sure about Yuna though. I would go with the girl from Titanic or other brunnete beauty.

We are talking real people not anime, so voice act is not a concern. Within reason! Tom Selleck's voice would be a reason not to cast him as anyone on FFX. :D

I needed to give this a second thought, but this sound really, really fitting. That could be really interesting to watch.

I think maybe Lucy Lu (is that how her name is spelt?) would make a great Lulu, and Ziyi Zhang (from "Hero" and "Flying Daggers") could maybe play Yuna?
