Help

On FFI DoS, I'm trying to kill Shinryu with a solo BW. Any tips? :confused:

Yes...Seek Help for you are crazy to attempt!

Or Just Saber+Haste Alot and Raise defense somehow.

Use insta kill's on him until you get lucky

The problem is not inflicting damage. The problem is staying alive more than 3 turns.

Shinryu's main power comes from his ability to knock you about senseless. So use either the Defender sword or White shirt for a few rounds until he "miss"es you everytime. About five or six rounds will do the trick.

Flare. I can survive at most two flare spells. And he uses it alot. Any tips for that?

None, you can't defend against it since it's non-elemental. Even NulAll won't help you out. You've just got to save directly before him and hope he decides not to use it at all, or very rarely.

I FINALLY BEAT SHINRYU!!! 5 X-potions, and a megalixer, but I pulled it off. I'm so happy. :D

Not sure, but the level was 99, due to the multiple trips through all the SoC dungeons. Shinryu was the last thing I did before Chaos. (who was a piece of cake by comparison.)
