Yes, but is he really a part of the Organization or is he a member like Riku and King Mickey are members? The Organization seems to be in search of Kingdom Hearts, so if they are working seperately from Ansem he could be a mole-ish person like Riku and King Mickey trying to sabotage them so he can have Kingdom Hearts for himself. I'm just sayin....
