In the game some of the dresspheres reflect back on the people In X like white mage, black, and theif(Yuna,Lulu,Rikku). So why didn't they have a dressphere for wakka and for Kimahri?

Well Kimahri didnt wear much, so I would be up for that :D
They could've had like a blitz dressphere for Wakka though

The dresspheres are just a new take on the Job Sytem. White mage, blue mage, black mage, etc. are all common jobs found in the Final Fantasy series, not just in X. It's not like there's a Yuna-related dressphere, a Lulu-related dressphere, etc. Therfore, there aren't any Kimahri or Wakka related dresspheres.
Lady Luck has slot attacks.
They could've used a dragoon with all the jumping you had to do.
