You probably can't get ANY. :/ There are no official Final Fantasy PDA games, and most fan-made FF games are made with the awful RPG Maker, so they won't work on your PDA.
I can make a suggestion, though. How about a Final Fantasy III/VI first-person shooter? If there's a port of DOOM for your PDA, you can play it. You control a moogle (I think), and it's a pretty fun game. :) Other than that, I'm outta ideas.
