So, who here bites there fingernails?

Some people find it gross, some do because they can't be bothered cutting them, others do it out of habit. So what are your opinions on the ripping and knawing of fingernails.

I do a little bit. Like when one gets chipped so it's uneven, I even it out by gnawing on it. I still usually keep my nails long though, except on days where I clean the whole apartment 'cause they get all broken and nasty. My nails suck. I'd get fake ones but those suck more.

I don't bite my nails. If one is chipped or broken, I'll just file it.

It was a habbit of mine for years. Now I think it's discusting, and my nails are rediculously long. I just broke one today.

Sometimes I bite them...Sometimes they get long and I dont. If Im well peeved off then I do. Or if one nail gets broken, then I bite the rest off. I dont really like biting my nails. Boris dosnt...she has really long nails and she scrathes me with them :cry: I still have the scars...she's so mean.

I used to bite my nails when I was in middle school and then I stopped for about 5 years. And then midterms and finals rolled around and I gave in to the temptation.

I used to when I was a kid. It looks ugly though, especially for those people who who bite them right down to the skin.

I won't bite them in fear of them biting me back. :(

I bight them, but i dont bight them off. i have fairly long nails, but they are really weak from having my tounge on em all the time. I couldn't live without fingernails.

I bite my nails a lot, but then other times I just let them grow.

Random fact about nails:- Did you know that biting your nails is the equivalent of licking a public toilet seat!
