How is the cure value determined?

If I remember correctly, it's determined by how much HP Quina has

I'm not certain about this, but I believe the amount of HP recovered is equal to Quina's current HP/3.

I just tried it out. It's Quina's Maximum hp/3 though.

Bah. I knew it was either current or maximum.
