How to achieve the mercury crest???

Where is it I need help?:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

In the last part of Bikinel Island, to the left of the Village of Cactuars, there are a few sandpits, one has the crest. I am unsure if there is a Sandragora in there though.

Theres no sandragora where it is.

Its pretty easy to find when you know where it is
