Your arrogance is cute. Your drawings are okay; I've seen worse. I can see that you tend to place eyes awkwardly and draw arms too short if you're not looking at a model. I think an anatomy book would improve your art greatly.

can u reconmend any good anatomy books?

http://www.howtodrawmanga.com/tutorial.html has a tutorial on figure drawing if that helps at all...mostly to do with manga proportions though...thought it may help even though your asking about anatomy books.. ^_^
