Avenged Sevenfold

I just bought Avenged Sevenfolds new album and thought it was awesome!

What do you guys think of Avenged Sevenfold?

They are pretty sweet, but my favorite song is defnitely "Unholy Confessions" from their previous album. But yeah man, those guys are really good. And their guiarists are insane !

I have three of their cds. Personally I think their new one is the worst of the 3 I have. Waking the Fallen is by far the best cd they have

City of Evil is their only good album. It is actually a pretty good power metal album.

I really like them, though I haven't heard much. Metal, but without the metal death scream/roars. :) I like that.

I despise City of Evil, but Waking the Fallen isn't bad. The guitarists get on my nerves, but Reverend is a mighty fine drummer.

Seems like little missy here doesn't know anything about metal to assume the general metal band has harsh vocals.

I think theyre a great band, but the lead singer has kinda lost his touch. He doesnt sing like he used to, his voice is idk kinda softer Im not sure, but its definitely not as hard and heavie like he used to sing in waking the fallen. Theyre still good tho.

The reason he doesn't sing like he used to is because he burst a blood vessel in his throat.

Wow, he still has a great voice even after that.

I have City of Evil. It tends to alternate between annoyingly generic and incredibly good. Some ncie guitar licks, but they get repeated a lot with very little variation. Great singer though. 7/10

I think they have a lot of talent, lots of guitar too!
