ive gone to wutai with yuffie she stole my materia, i found her and she locked me up and now she told me to find it myself, ive searched all over wutai and found nothing and somethings goin on with "he" is sposed to be on vacation at wutai, can any one hekp find my materia and tell whats goin on

Head west onto the screen with Godo's house, the Pagoda and a large bell. Examine the bell to make it chime and a small door will open in the base. Go through here and defeat the enemies. Exit and talk with Reno.
Next, exit the town through the north exit and climb the Da-Chao mountain. You'll find Yuffie, Elena and Don Corneo. Use Limit Breaks and attack items (Swift Bolt, Fire Veil, etc) to defeat Rapps. Once all this is done Yuffie will return your materia.
Yeah, it's not too hard to get the materia back, once you know what's going on, FFVII seems to just flow with the plot.
