I know that the PS2 has FFXI but, I STILL don't know if that will playable on the Ps3. So you think we will see a FF MMORPG for the PS3?
Also I know that the 360 is getting FFXI what about the PS3 Owners? Will they See a rerelease of FFXI for PS3? or make the current PS2 Ver. compatiable?

If the PS2 is anything to go by, the PS3 will be backwards compatible with PS2 games, and possibly PSX games (they'd be silly not to though IMO). Don't quote me on that though.
Look at the Money they Make on FFXI I hope it does goto PS3.
The PS3 is supposed to be backwards compatible, so FFXI should work on it, unless there are complications due to the HDD or something. I'd say it's possible that they'll make another Final Fantasy MMORPG, but not too likely. They'll probably release a non-FF MMORPG for it, though.
Yeah, well I heard there releaseing Runescape MMORPG on PS3,
with improved graphics,
and an inbuilt microphone,
and the option to do a story mode,
and its going to be an FPS.
I play RuneScape (well OK, I go on the forums there more than I actually play the game), and Jagex hasn't said anything about that. I suspect that it's just another crappy-ass rumor.Quote:
