eoff album suggestion

I was wondering if you guys think it is a good idea, if we were able to add comments to the eoff album. The pictures i have seen in their beg to have a comment! :choc2:

I don't know if that would be a good idea. If nothing else, staff would have to go in there are review the comments regularly since they could be abused quite easily. If you really want to comment on someone's picture, just send them a PM.

Samuraid will be around soon enough to reject your idea.

Samuraid is a smart guy.

Adding comments to the photo album would require a lot of extra moderation and could invite some to start flaming or spamming. Ultimately, the album should remain fast, clean, and uncluttered, so it's going to stay is it currently is for now.

You could allow the members themselves to edit comments on their own pictures to remove what they consider offensive. Kind of like those wiki pages that you have and I'm sure are never moderated.

Well, I guess you could put in an ‘enable comments’ checkbox or something…
