Any strategies?

Use Reflect.

Rosa on Reflect duty, Rydia chaincasting Bahamut, Cecil with Bacchus Wine, Kain jumping, and Edge using your spare Phoenix Down to revive. He does more damage to himself.

Don't die. Damage it lots.

I actually avoided Reflect against him, as my party members were strong enough to survive the Mega Flare attacks, and I needed to have Rosa constantly casting Curaja. Have Edge Throw Fuma Shuriken, Cecil attack, Kain Jump, and Rydia summon Bahamut or (if for some reason you don't have that) Leviathan. This is assuming you're using the default party.

uhh, who is Wyvern again?

He's the Bahamut look-alike that you fight to get Cecil's weapon, Ragnarok. He nukes you with Mega Flare before you can even do anything.

That guy's really a pain. Use a lot of healing stuff.
