It depends on the the nature of the offense and the history of the offender, but yes in general a first offense is two weeks.

My last EoEO ban was three weeks. Apparently, my latest EoEO ban is approximately a 500 million percent increase from that. If Del wasn't joking, I might just be the first person EoEO banned for this long without it being a permaban.

I think you should be banned forever. When you do get unbanned, you'll be returning to eoeo after a long time, and we all know what you think about most of eoeo! It's the only sensible thing to do.

I'm pretty sure Raistlin was banned for more than three weeks for the Cloud No.9 incident.

And actually, I banned Hartigan from EoEO for a year, although I recently lifted it out of some sense of irony.
