need to know if this is right.....

hi i just need to know if this is how it worked. sin was mad eup of all the dead people of zanarkand, so that when sin was destroyed, or at least, yu yevon was, tidus was just made up of the memories he had of this place(times with yuna etc.) please reply cos i need to know!!!!

(SPOILER)Sin is Yu Yevon's Armor. Each Final Aeon that a Summoner uses can crack the armor and destory Sin, but not Yu Yevon. Yu Yevon then takes the Final Aeon and makes it into a new Sin, which doesn't happen overnight apparently. So the Calm comes for a while and then eventually a new Sin appears.

Dream Zanarkand is made of coporeal people, who were brought into being by Yu Yevon and the collective dreaming of the Fayth. But the people in dream Zanarkand have lived and died and over 1000 years the society has evolved into the one Tidus lives in. So that's why the ruins of Zanarkand near Mt. Gagazet don't resemble Tidus' Zanarkand at all.

In other words, Sin just moves Tidus in space, but not in time.
