well, i slowly dug up 99 Dead Peppers thanks to that Chocobo Hot-N-Cold game at Chocobo's Lagoon...
just go to the chocobo forest, lagoon, and air garden and you can find them when you play the hot and cold game. :D
one of the chocobos in the chocobo paradise gives you 99 dead peppers everytime you want.
