Which Game is Harder

Is Final Fantasy 1 or Final Fantasy 2 harder?

1. Definitely.

I think Final Fantasy II is harder.

I'm not voting, mainly because it's all about intepretation. FF1's based mostly around the type of party you decide to do. A full four white mages would be absolute agony compared to a full fighter party. FF2's based around how much you're prepared to level-up your stats and relevant chosen specialities. As such the difficulty is what you make of it.

I had harder times with FFI, but Maxx's point is true.....

II, but probably just because I let a friend borrow my DoS and havn't beat that one yet.

FF2 is a bit of an awkward game to level up really well in.

ff2 I beat. ff1 I died within five minutes.

Both were more challenging then todays RPGs. But 2 was harder.

i think ffii was more difficult.ffi was a breeze.
