Locke Cole.

Hi guys i'm Michael Belmont and i'm new here and let me ask something. Does anybody like Locke Cole the hero of Final Fantasy 6?

Pretty much all the characters were pretty deep in FF6. I liked how they didn't concentrate on just one character. It brought flavor to the game. And welcome to EoFF Forums.

Yes, I enjoyed Locke in FFVI.

I only didnt like him because he loved one girl who dies, then was hitting on Terra in the beginning, then tries to get with Celes....just seems like a desperate player to me. Heck hes a thief! Can't even get a real job LOL. Hes alright though I gues..

I liked Locke. He was cool, and at times, steal was rather useful.

Yeah he's the badass a real main charater i just beleive in the japanese verson.

I liked him, and his personality, story, etc., but the only thing I didn't like is his menu pic. :irked:

Your whole perception of Locke is entirely off. He did not try to get with any of the girls at all. He only tried protecting them both because he failed to protect Rachel, he felt that protecting his friends he might be able to feel better about himself. I don't understand how you can call him a player, he made absolutely no moves towards any of the women and he definitely was not desperate. I don't get how you can perceive him that way.

it was more along the lines of his always blushng at them, warning them to stay away from edgar...lets be real here he is a man. And a thief. He may seem to be just trying to protect these girls but truth be told I BELIEVE (key word) he had ulterior motives. Doesn't his ending imply hes lovin on celes anyway?? The ff's just werent as obvios about "sexual relations" as games like Star Ocean 1, or Tales of Phantasia.

Meh, but he was alright

Part of the ending of FFVI is that Locke has possibly moved on from Rachael and realizes that there are others out there that love him. This is seen in the scene after you obtain the Phoenix Esper and Locke and Celes are outside the crazy guy's house in Kohlington.

Nah i didnt like him, personally i found him useless, but that is just my perception. Also, i think the Terra is more of a Main Character that he is (considering most of the first half of the game is about her)
