New Policy

Will this be a permanent change? If a member has a problem are they to PM a staff member and if they can't fix it have them post it in feedback for the rest to see?

If it can't be fixed through a PM to a Staff member, what makes you think that posting in Feedback will fix it?

Oh, maybe so that everyone on the site can see that there was an alleged problem and Staff did nothing to fix it (in the PMers opinion) and then everyone can jump on Staff again for not doing their job? :)

It was more for the Site Staff. It's fairly common that I get PMs that I have to redirect. I wanted to be prepared for the situation when it comes up.

EDIT: This was about Feedback being gone :confused: Is it all members or just a select few that can't see it.

Yeah, people were complaining about feedback being gone, so I thought staff removed it for members who aren't in a special group. I was confused as to what was going on. I could still see it.

It appears as though all is well with the world again. :)
