Worms

Okay, who loves this series as much as I do? Since the new game is coming out for the DS, I thought I'd ask.

I remember playing Armageddon with my old friends, comin' up with the most outlandish gangsta names that I could think of and blowing each other to holy hell with Super Cows and carpet bombs. Good times.

Worms was classic, shame it went down the same path as Sonic and turned into a mess .....

Worms Armageddon and World Party will always remain in my heart as extreme hardcore games.

worms series is great!I remember too playing armageddon with my friends,indeed good times..It kinda went downwards when it became 3d but i can still enjoy (but not as I did in 2d) a worms 4 internet game

Worms 2 owned me in the later grades of elementary school. Before I knew what LAN parties were, my friend and I would gather around a single computer, switching around the keyboard playing this game against each other. Brilliant game series.

The first Worms was the best one.

Holy Hand grenades and Mad cows were my favourite weapons. And who cant forget the "KAMIKAZE!"

Halleluya! BOOM! lol! That was classic. And if ya left the game running, it played these funny wee clips!

Forget your Holy Hand Grenades, your Super Sheep and your Homing Pigeons for nothing can stand up to the mighty might of POKE.

As much of a rockin' game Worms Armageddon was, these days I'd much rather play Gunbound when I'm up for 2D turn-based projectile fighting.

Ah poke. The sheer irony of just POKING a worm to its grave. I remember my pure POKEage matches.

Worms 1 > All other Worms. End of.

Yeah, the original was so much fun, I loved renaming te worms as well

However, the series soon got boring as they overmilked it
