I am contacting the webmaster of this site 'cause I'm requesting hosting for my Final Fantasy forums. I hope he'll accept and will be willing to host my website.

Not really. I'm afraid we, the members, cannot view detailed location info for users as it is a feature in vBulletin. ;)
