Anyone have the dimensions for a Gunblade

Just wanted to see if anybody here had the dimensions for a Gunblade...I know a lot of people make them for cosplays and I'd like to make one for a cosplay of my own.

If anyone has the dimensions (length, width, etc) for a life-size replica or knows where I could get them I would appreciate it =)

3.5-4 ft blade, 8-12 inch handle. My friend made one of pure Steel. Heavy as a mother though. Check Ebay, sometimes people post em, but I don't know of anywhere else.

I've seen the ones on eBay and I don't like them...that and it's cheaper to build one yourself (though it requires lots of effort). I'm thinking of making a simple one out of a 1/2 inch block of pine wood.
