SSBM controls help

Sorry if this is supposed to go into help or something, move at will.

Is it possible to change the controls on SSBM? I want to play it with a my Dance Mat, and the arrows are equivilent to the D-Pad. Is it possible that I can change it so that I can move with the D-Pad, basically. Thanks.

trust me, fighting games dont play well with dance mats.

Sadly, you cannot change the controls. :( We shall never have a Smash Smash Revolution. But Megaman works just fine. >.>
