400 PR points needed!

Ok im lost. I need 400 PR before completing chapter 3 (im near the end), but I only have 171 PR points! Ive pressed square and selected the right answer for every possible person and they wont reset until next chapter. Im using a walkthrough to get 100%, and it said i dont need to start getting points until chapter 3, and here i am.
I know you can get extra PR points by playing the mini games but it seems like their going up 1 every 3 games or so.
Any ideas?

EDIT BY ME: I just read i dont actually have to get 400 points until chapter 5. Is that true?

You can get PR points in Ch 5. Just don't visit the Calm Lands until you see that it's a Hotspot, then you know you have 400. There are 265 PR points that you can get in Ch 5, which should be more than enough. Refer to the "PR Mission FAQ" on on this site, it will give you everything you need to know.
