Final Form is a random occurance. After (SPOILER)the scene where Sora fights Roxas in the World that Never Was, every time you Drive there is a random chance of you transforming into Final Form, so long as you have at least 5 Drive Bars full at the time.
(SPOILER)The event where you fight Roxas is after you arrive at Memory Skyscraper. It also seems that the chance to trigger Final is more likely if you are attempting to use Master Form.

when i turn into master fourm, i keep on doing that and i got final fourm

You randonly get Final Form, when you use a drie form.
so if you want to get it faster just go to The Olypus Coloseum and enter the Cerebres Cup and Drive into a form. then if you dont get Final form(Gray and White colors) thn just press start abd retry it and repeat that until you get it.
You gain the Black form-Anti form if you Drive alot in a Row without stopping. So dont drive alot. but you can if you want but i have trick to level up the forms easy, so i dont like getting it.
I wanted to transforme into valor in the underdrome once but it transformed me into final so i guess just transforme alot because its random
