I was just wondering, what was the longest you ever spent on one art piece. What media was it in and whatever, if its in the art gallery mention also ;)

I spent forever on works I hate, because working on them is a chore. They may or may not turn out well.
usually graphite takes the longest because the applying medium is so small
3 hours were spent on that Freya drawing I did.
The lulu vector I did took me hours. Can't remember how long exactly, but I'm sure I can dig it up if I wasn't so lazy. :p
It was a picture of Spike from Cowboy Bebop for my boyfriend. Took me a good few months as I was doting every shadow, if you know what I mean. Instead of getting a black marker and colouring in a shadow area, I did dots instead ... Man never again. Although he loved the final piece along with "Real Folk Blues" in Japanese written on it!
about 2 hours, im not blessed with talent so i see no reason to spend hours doing something
Several lunchtimes completing a piece for art. I used a lot of dots.
My Landscape painting took me almost every day of the 4th quarter. Over two months? Maybe 3? I'm not sure. xD I finished it two days ago, and there are only 6 more days of school.
Two hours not including colouring, inking whatever.Just the draft.I was drawing a piece that contains about 15-17 characters.
10 hours most recently for an art exam. I used acrylics, watercolours, pastels and chalk. I created a scene of planets, stars and the moon and lots of little butterflies flying around the moon. I'll post it up in a few months when I'm allowed the piece.
please do..
... Everything is long with me, my sig took nearly an hour, It's only a couple of inches squared! My first art peice is still unfinished though, I've been 'working' on that for nearly a year now, lol.
Well, around 3 hours with a sig I did for my (in that time) girlfriend, making it to its greatness, it was my best work... but that's past now u.u
