Ever get charley horses in the arch of your foot? I got one yesterday when swimming. My left foot arch clenched up, and not it has a tiny little knot in the muscle i've been trying to masage out.

They're pretty annoying. But if you stand up, they go away right away.
If I found a horse in my foot, cramps would be the least of my worries.
I thought it would be fun to make an image search on charley horses, but it really wasn't. :(
Haha....but I rarely get it until lately, my toe = cramps!!! It happens when I try to do a stupid move........I'm getting old.........I'm still young!!!
I get so many foot cramps when I'm swimming too. ;__;
I used to get cramp mainly in my legs, but that's because they're too long for my body. I now never get cramps, primarily because I do so much exercise and stretching to avoid it. I swear, no matter how much you think cramps in your foot hurt, you haven't experienced pain until you've had cramp in your thigh. Trust me, waking up in the middle of the night and be in agony for apparently no reason is nothing short of terrifying.
I get them all the time, even though I'm not an active person. I'm just lounging around and then all of a sudden my foot is trying to burst outside itself or whatever. Perhaps I am being punished for something.
I dont know if its foot cramp but sometimes the bottom of my foot tingles. Man it irratates me cause I cant walk on it or anything.
Don't swim too much my friend, it gives you cramps. I haven't gotten a cramp in MONTHS.
Yeah, me too. It can be quite painful. ><Quote:

sometimes when I curl my feet up the muscle under the arch of my foot hurts, but that hasn't nothing on the other one.
