However, you can pick up some more by defeating Shinryu (1 for kill, 2 for overkill), or bribing Marlboros (540k gil for anywhere from 3-5 Wings, 4 on average), or bribing Greater Marlboros (1.28 million gil for anywhere from 6-10, 8 on average).

Wings to Discovery are used in two Customization attributes.
Break Hit Point Limit (useful, especially if you have a non-Int or non-PAL version)
Triple AP (useless, you can find items like this without customizing)
They can also be sold for a very hefty price (useless).
I wanted it for break hp limit for lulu but I got it for tidus.

BAD MOVE... hp break is extremely overrated auto-pot is way better and works better with 9999 hp, more hp then 9999 wont actually help even against bosses like penance
