Like all the time, but not many people post them:(
I know for a fact that Meat Puppet doesn't.
To be honest, not as much as I used to. :)

I checked mine the other day for novelties sake. One new one, and it's a fantastic quote to boot XD
Still, doesn't seem like many people write them.
I've used them once so far.

I have never used them. I think they are the reason behind all voilent crime in the world today. I think usernotes should be banned.
Barely. The fact I have any at all is testement to my presence being important.
As often as I can. I kind of cherish every usernote I get since I get so little compared to some people. I don't go spamming usernotes on everyone's profile, but everyone who's interacted with me or has amused me in some way usually has a usernote from me.
