This is a bit pointless in my opinion but I'd say blue.
Oh wait, do you mean a colour for each eye (cos she already has that) or just one colour for both, I don't understand.
If I could have any colour I wanted, I'd say right: grey and left: violet. This should probably go in another forum but meh. :D

i like the green and blue the way it is. its said that i have one green and one blue. the right one has the greenish tint.
I guess this is a little (LITTLE?!?!) pointless, but oh well... I'd like red and yellow, for any eye of her (doesn't matter to me which eye is that or another color).
