WHERE's Edgar's Drill? How to find it?

I want to find Edgar's Drill tool but I don't know where it is. Please help.

Is there a good website that displays all the cheats, locations for Edgar's tools?

You buy it, I think in one of the towns after the raid on Narshe.

Edit: You buy it in Figaro Castle, I think after the raid. You have to have Sabin or Edgar in your party.

Are you sure you need Edgar in your party to buy it?

I know that if you have Edgar at the head of your party, though, everything in Figaro Castle is half price! :D That always proved useful to me.

If you'd asked how to get his chainsaw I could be of some use, but... damn, I forget how you get that damn drill!
