are those two names are like in ff6 & ff7?

Yes, like FFVI, VII, VIII, IX, and X. It's a recurring theme. (It's also another Star Wars reference.)

Biggs and Wedge were also Blitzball players in FFX, and I personally recruited them to my team pretty quickly. It's not really a wonder they're playing Blitzball in FFX-2.
