Looks like it's fan-made using a freeware engine called Mugen.

That sounds about right.

Mugen sucks, even if you get really into it, it dosent pay off. The program has alot of problems which havent been fixed, even after years and years. But I do admire the people who have done alot of work on it. A few weeks ago I was browsing http://mugenguild.com/forumx/ and was pretty impressed with what some people can do with the program. Im happy leaving it alone and playing World Heroes 2: Jet me :love:

Ken and Ryu totally got the [img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img][img]/xxx.gif[/img] beat out of them by Akuma.

I would like to see a game like that on the PSP (so I can play it all day long) :D

Azzie linked me to a torrent for one that was 1.2 GB the other day. Downloading it at 3kb/s was totally not worth it

This game needs to be cleaned up and made available in stores for proper purchase.

Licensing issues be damned, too.

Edit: Holy crap I just saw Trident from Eternal Champions on anothe Mugen video. It's pretty much over if other EC characters are there - nobody can beat a well-played Jetta or Shadow.

Edit again: Now that I've gone and researched it, I know it's not that simple. But the idea of a gigantic brawl with hundreds of characters from dozens of series is still awesome.

I liked the parody featuring RO characters... and pwning porings, psycho...

This thing rocks for the sole reason that Popeye is in it.

I have a smaller 150 character version of the game that keeps crashing on windows xp.

But it's hilarious to play.
