When getting new limit breaks, you are required to use the limit break X amounts of times, then kill X amounts of enemys right?
so when killing these enemys does it have to be by that characters weapon (normal attack), or can you use a summon, enemy skill, magic etc?

To learn the first limit break of a level, you need to kill normally 60-80 enemies, it depends on the character. To learn the second limit break of a level, you need to use the first limit break of that level 6-10 times, again, it depends on the character.
You can kill the enemies in any way possible, the character who does the fatal attack gets the killing points. A useful way to kill the required 60-80 enemies is fighting large enemy groups and use a summon to finish off all the enemies.
