As a fan of japanese anime and such. I already knew Kadaj and Yazoo were boys. Not because they were flat chested and they made it clear to be boys. But because i've seen to much anime and video game character's that look like girls but aren't. I can pretty much tell now. Especially considering I like JRock and JRock is basically men that look like women lol except for Kana.
