I just started a new FF7 file today, and it beats me why Cloud always becomes so strong during the battle with Air Buster. :eek:
I mean, he usually damages by about 90-120 DMG, but during the fight with Air Buster he's suddenly 200% stronger.
Why? :confused:
Is Air Buster's defense really so poor? :rolleyes2

Yes, in the game in gerenal, if any character gets a back attack on any enemy it does double damage. Several of the games in the FF series feature this game mechanic.Quote:

no, if hes facing Tifa and baaret, his back is turned to Cloud.
Cloud will only do double damage if Air Buster is facing the others. Vice versa for Tifa and barret
When it says side attack, the sides it is referring to are the front-side and back-side
