Sephiroth didn't give you his One Winged Angel weapon?! Are you sure? Try beating him again.
Yep, Kingdom Hearts is a great game. You can only get the One-Winged Angel Keyblade and that other Keyblade from the Ice Titan in KH Final Mix version, not the normal versions.
