Interview and more gameplay videos of FFIIIDS
-
That was a great interview. They really covered all the aspects of the game, and I was pleased to see confirmed what I had already been told through hearsay--that the remake staff was very dedicated to keeping things true to the original version of the game.

Awesome.
Still surprised at their decision for the Final Fantasy III Special Edition DS Lite, though, especially with them admitting that they considered Amano artwork.
-
Can this game only be played using the touchscreen?
-
No, you can use the touchscreen for everything or the buttons for everything.
-
Awesome videos:)
Can't wait for it's release
-
I can't...wait.
Heh, pwnage.
-
Gah, this is awesome! The world map music sounded overly fast for my taste, but it's still a great rendition. Oh man, September 12th can't come soon enough!

That should give me some hope. I always wished there would be a chance to save after defeating (SPOILER)Zande. The videos look pretty good. I'm not sure about the loading times. They didn't seem bad, but they could have been better too. It's quite hard for me to estimate them from video clips without playing the game myself, though.

It's even better than I thought. The gameplay looks smooth and natural even with the stylus pen. Maybe the system noises could annoy me after a while, I don't know.
