Scripting

I just got RPG Maker XP... I'm familar with 2003 and 2000 but the new element of scripting is totally new to me...
So I was wondering can anyone explain how to script...
or give me a link to a site that gives a good explanation...

I went on Google and searched for some RGSS tutorials.

These sites have scripts; however, they rarely explain what the code is doing, so they won't be able to teach you as well as the first link might.
