I wanna start producing music, but I dont know which program I should get. Some friends have suggested fruityloops and I downloaded it and tested it out and thought it was too complex. So any advice for a beginner could be cool.

Audacity is good(ish) I downloaded it but havent used it, well, I have but that was to only change a file to .mp3 format. It's supposedly good for mizing.
