i was on a final fantasy website and golbez looked like a charactar you use in battle does golbez turn good or something?

before u fight the final battle against the last boss, you see Golbez and FuSoYa taking a crack at Zemus (one of the final bosses). they beat the 1st Zemus but they are killed by a Meteor from the second one...:mad2:
