In a way, it looks as though it was made in MS Paint, but if it was, it's really good. Either way, though, it's really really good :)

all i have is the basic paint program that every comp comes with is that ms paint???ive no idea i just call it basic paint i draw with a mouse i think thats talent ;.;

You should invest in a tablet if you can do that in Paint.
