So what's the point that you can lose lots of calories, but take a short time daily (intense excercise)?
For me it's speed-walking on a treadmill and lifting two 5-pound weights in both my hands, 30 minutes.

I think that if you really want to lose a significant amount of calories you have to exercise for a decent amount of time.
I like taking 5 mile bike rides, lifting weights, and doing push ups and sit ups.
Getting up in the morning...
Actually what I do at my work is pretty good exercise on it's own.
whaddaya do...
Run around most of the day trying to get stuff done. I'm a cook/dessert maker/dishwasher/supervisor. So, yeah. :)
Running for a bus
Marching band is definantly excersise :)
Getting out of my chair.Breathing.
Typing kills me. :(
Going to the shop.
My work out? Pumping 2x 2.5 kilo weights until my arms get tired (ten minutes?) and then five minutes solid of sit ups, a few push ups, and walking home each day with all my books in my bag, about 30-45 minutes. That's my regeime, and i think it's intense enough for me. But i am taking up kick boxing again hopefully, provided i can shell out the cash.
i eat about 4500 calories on a good day......im not fat though...im 6'2'' and weigh about 180 pounds....Quote:
I love having a 3000 calorie diet and being able to get away with it
Thinking.
Walking to school, around school and home from school lugging a huge bag full of books.
