auction house

how come all i can bid on is cherubs down??, i'm trying to get the 2 espers, golem and zoneseek. but they never pop up...its always cherubs down.

They'll eventually come up. For me, I was always bidding on those stupid airships and imps that you can't ever get. It took me around 30 auctions to the espers.

Depends where you are in the game. I think the later you go, the more likely they'll show up or something.

THE JACKEL

The espers appeared for me later on in the game just before i entered Kefka's tower. Although if you try to get them right at the begining of the world of ruin its quite rare to see them.

If you're patient they can also show up in the WoB.

I always snagged them after finishing Thamasa.

That's where I got them.

Just be patient and the Magicite will eventually be up for auction. Djibriel explains it very well:

If you bought both Espers, but not yet the Hero Ring:

Hero Ring 50%
1/1200 of an airship 25%
Zephyr Cape 12.5%
Imp Robot 12.5%

If you bought the Hero Ring and both Espers:

1/1200 of an airship 50%
Zephyr Cape 25%
Imp Robot 25%

What about the Cherub Down and stuff?

The exerpt from Djibriel's guide was from the WoR Auction House. The Cherub Down is sold in the WoB.

Yeah I have Golem already, and am trying to get ZoneSeek now. This helps, thanks for posting it.

Actually the reason that there are so many cherub downs is because they stole all of Zozo's supply of them. :(

And that's not a lie you guys, Jeez. I speak the truths. :)

Finally got ZoneSeek today after about 15 minutes of entering, and re-entering the damn Auction House! Woo-hoo!!
