For me it was Necron. He was slightly harder than Ozma because he uses all of those blasted status ailments.
I donīt know maybe Osama i suppose all the other guys were easy apart from Necron.
That commander dude that knew freya (turned into a water monster). Of course, I just finished the gargan so I have yet to fight anything hard.

Yeah, it's Ozma on this one!
Ozma's the hardest for me when he starts the battle with Meteor and does Curse next. Necron is hard if you get unlucky and everyone gets hit by instant death or death sentence. Three Yans can also be hard sometimes, and there was a very powerful enemy I was never able to defeat when I was on my way to Oeilvert. I think it was called Armstrong or something like that.
